Andrew Serano was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and raised in Coral Springs, Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida with honors in 1993, and graduated from the University of Florida's College of Law in 1997. Andrew is board certified in Workers' Compensation law distinguishing him as a lawyer with special knowledge, skills and proficiency, as well as a reputation as a specialist and expert in all aspects of Workers' Compensation law. Andrew is a proud member of the Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund which awards scholarships to dependents or descendants of workers who were injured or killed in the course and scope of their employment. Andrew is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Workers' Compensation Section of the Florida Bar.
