Angie Brick is a shareholder in the firm and chair of the Tax, Estate Planning, and Employee Benefits Department and practices primarily in employee benefits. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of retirement plans, both qualified plans and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements, health and welfare benefit plans. Her practice experience in these areas extends to consulting, plan design, preparation, and compliance, and includes experience in ESOP transactions, analysis of employee benefit plans in mergers and acquisitions, and Internal Revenue Code and ERISA compliance matters for employee pension and welfare benefit plans. Prior to joining Nyemaster Goode, Angie's work with financial institutions focused primarily in the qualified and nonqualified retirement plans area, including Employee Stock Ownership Plans.
Angie received her B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa and her J.D. with honors from Drake University Law School.
