Angela is an associate in the Securities Group and Mining Group of Cassels Brock's Toronto office. She has experience acting for a broad range of issuers and underwriters for public and private domestic and cross-border offerings and public merger and acquisition transactions. She also advises public issuers on general corporate and securities law matters, including stock exchange listings, continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance and other regulatory compliance issues.
