Angela K. Wessler is a partner in Barnes & Thornburg LLP's Indianapolis, Indiana office. She is a member of the firm's Finance, Insolvency and Restructuring and Corporate Departments, specializing in commercial lending, corporate finance, and creditors' rights issues.
Ms. Wessler's practice includes a broad range of financial, commercial, and creditors' rights issues including representation of commercial lenders and borrowers in connection with syndicated lending transactions, secured transactions, taxable and tax-exempt bond financings, private placement financings, asset-based financings, workouts and loan restructurings, general representation of secured creditors, and Uniform Commercial Code issues.
Ms. Wessler received a Bachelor of Arts degree with highest distinction from Indiana University/Purdue University at Indianapolis in 1998, a Masters of Business Administration degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 2002, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree summa cum laude in 2002 from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis, where she was the senior executive editor of the Indiana Law Review in 2001.
Ms. Wessler is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana.
