Ann M. Mace is a counsel in the Intellectual Property Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her current practice includes copyright, trademark, and patent matters. Ann's copyright practice includes representing television broadcasters in recent cable and satellite copyright royalty proceedings. Ann has experience litigating patent infringement cases in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications industries. In addition, Ann has litigated trademark infringement cases in federal courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Ann graduated from Tulane University with a B.S. in molecular biology. She received her J.D. from University of Chicago Law School.
Ann is a member of the Illinois and District of Columbia bars and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
