| Biography | ANN LIPTON's practice focuses on complex commercial and appellate litigation. Following law school, Ms. Lipton clerked for the Chief Judge Edward R. Becker of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Associate Justice David H. Souter of the United States Supreme Court. She has also served as an adjunct professor of legal writing at Benjamin N.
