Professional Experience
Anna Huang is an associate in the litigation department of the New York office of Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto. Ms. Huang's practice specializes in complex patent litigation with an emphasis on pharmaceutical and biotechnology matters.
Ms. Huang has extensive experience in all aspects of patent litigation in addition to counseling and opinion work on behalf of a diverse group of clients. She also has experience litigating cases involving claims of trademark and copyright infringement. Ms. Huang has represented clients in federal and state courts as well as before the International Trade Commission and the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to joining Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto, Ms. Huang spent several years as an associate in the New York office of a prominent international law firm where she focused on general commercial litigation.
Ms. Huang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
