Ms. Rusetskaya's main areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, investment, banking, securities, commercial law, privatization, and business immigration. Before joining Magisters in December 2008, Anna was a Partner of BelJurBureau Law Firm (Belarus). Prior to establishment of BelJurBureau, Ms. Rusetskaya was engaged by Vlasova and Partners Law Firm (Belarus). Anna has gained substantial experience in advising on the legal aspects for international and national clients in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. In particular, she participated in the implementation of projects on entering into the Belarusian market by some major international companies and helped successfully represent the interests of international manufacturers in the range of investigations, which preceded the imposing of special protective measures.
