Anne concentrates her practice in the area of real estate development and finance, with a particular emphasis on finance of developments using tax credits and other tax incentives. She has represented investors, developers and lenders in a wide range of transactions involving tax increment finance, New Markets Tax Credits, federal and state historic rehabilitation tax credits and low income housing tax credits, including projects involving multiple tax credits, tax-exempt bond financing and other state and federal subsidies.
Anne also represents developers, issuers, bond purchasers, credit enhancers and underwriters in connection with the issuance of tax-exempt bonds.
