Anne Rollins' practice involves real estate, land use, planning and zoning, municipal law, administrative law, and general business and commercial matters. Anne has also represented various municipalities as city attorney or to provide advice on municipal law and planning and zoning issues.
Prior to joining Miles & Stockbridge, Anne served as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Frederick, Maryland. Anne is a former law clerk to the Honorable Judge William W. Wenner (retired), Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. She was an associate with Miller, Miller and Canby from 1990-1994.
