Anne Kirker has practised in the litigation and dispute resolution area since 1992. She has expertise in handling complex commercial and professional liability claims, insurance coverage disputes and class action matters. She has acted as lead counsel in all levels of the courts, including the Court of Appeal of Alberta and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has represented clients in a variety of alternative dispute resolution processes, including complex, multiparty negotiations.
Ms. Kirker was a member of the Executive Committee of Macleod Dixon (a predecessor firm of Norton Rose Canada) from 2004 to 2010.
