Anne is of counsel in the firm's New York office, practicing in the Real Estate Section.
She is a general business and transactional lawyer, with particular experience in the structuring, formation, financing, and representation of clients in the ongoing business operations of joint ventures for large-scale commercial real estate and infrastructure projects.
Anne was formerly a partner for more than 10 years in another New York City firm that specialized, among other things, in the representation of foreign investors, including leading institutional and commercial investors and high-net-worth individuals, in the United States.
Anne is admitted to practice in New York. She received her A.B. from Harvard/Radcliffe College (1977) and was awarded her J.D. from Harvard Law School (1981). She is fluent in French and conversant in Spanish.
