Anne Rosen practices in the firm's business litigation group, focusing on complex business matters, corporate governance and compliance and appellate advocacy.
Ms. Rosen has represented retailers, financial institutions, and businesses on claims involving breach of contract, negligence, unfair trade practices, and breach of fiduciary duty.
Her practice also includes the handling of admiralty matters and she has defended stevedores and vessel interests in both personal injury and property damage claims. Ms. Rosen has devoted a substantial amount of time to appellate advocacy and has handled appellate cases in the federal and state appellate courts.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Rosen served as law clerk to The Honorable E.C. Burnett, III, retired Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court.
