Annemarie Terzano Greenan joined the firm as an associate in 2009. Ms. Greenan concentrates her practice in all areas of employment law. In particular, Ms. Greenan handles cases involving the following types of discrimination: gender, age, race, sexual orientation, religious, national origin, and disability. She also has experience with employment contract claims, disputes involving covenants not to compete and whistleblower claims. Ms. Greenan also handles matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, and the National Labor Relations Board.
Ms. Greenan advises employers on employment law and labor relations matters. She provides training and day-to-day advice on a variety of topics including sexual and other types of harassment, compliance with the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans With Disabilities Act, state anti-discrimination laws, hiring and firing, wage and hour compliance, and disciplining and evaluating employees. She also drafts and reviews employee handbooks, personnel policies and employment agreements.
Ms. Greenan was selected to the 2013 New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
