Annie Claude Beauchemin is an associate in the Davis LLP Montréal office. Ms. Beauchemin practises mainly in the fields of commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, representing debtors, secured and ordinary creditors, and trustees. She frequently represents creditors involved in commercial litigation and helps ensure recovery of their claims and appropriate compensation.
