Anny Yulia

Ms. Anny Yulia joined ABNR as an associate in 1997, soon after she graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia as the best graduate of the 1996/1997 academic year, majoring in Economic Law. In 2002, she earned her LL.M degree from the Faculty of Law, Leiden University in the Netherlands, majoring in International Business Law. She has been intensively involved in projects relating to corporate, foreign investment, capital market, capital investment, ¿nance and banking, project financing, restructuring, and merger and acquisition law.
