Anthony Ditka is a member of the Public Finance Practice Group and the Corporate Department. He concentrates his practice on tax-exempt financing of municipal projects, including schools, municipal buildings and recreational facilities. Anthony has extensive experience in conduit financings for projects ranging from dormitories and manufacturing facilities to water and sewage systems. Beyond his practice as bond counsel, Anthony represents several investment and commercial banks as Underwriters Counsel. Anthony also maintains an active practice as bank counsel for providers of paying agent and trustee services.
