Tony practices in all matters of litigation, including products liability, insurance bad faith and fraud, professional negligence, personal injury, class action and securities litigation. He is experienced in products liability matters with specific emphasis in personal injury and wrongful death litigation involving all-terrain vehicles. He has significant experience in representing insurance companies directly when the companies and their agents have been sued for misrepresentation, suppression, breach of contract and bad faith. He also has experience in D & O securities litigation.
Tony is listed on the Alabama State Court Mediator and Arbitrator Roster and has completed the Alabama Supreme Court's special appellate mediation course.
Tony received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and his Bachelor of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University.

Tony in the community
Tony is actively involved in community sports with his three children. He coaches Little League Baseball and Hockey and is President of the local youth hockey league.
