About this office:

Having opened in 1990, I began my practice focusing on estate planning, probate & trust administration. With the 1989 comprehensive rewrite of the Florida Guardianship statutes, I began practicing extensive guardianship along with the other more traditional elder law areas. Since 1990, I have added the more boutique areas of assisting personal injury plaintiff and defense attorneys with Special Needs Trusts for Medicaid / SSDI eligible yet injured 'clients' plus the more traditional settlement of minor's claims.

Today, I assist out of state attorneys with Florida ancillary or domiciliary probate (and trust) administration. I work with personal injury attorneys with minor's settlements, including structuring of the settlements, and Special Needs Trusts for Medicaid / SSDI clients. I continue to offer clients probate and trust administration services, estate planning, elder law and (selectively) guardianship. I also selectively accept certain guardianship, probate and trust litigation cases.
