Anthony Scane practises a wide variety of commercial litigation, including both trial and appellate advocacy in Ontario's superior courts. His practice includes breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty cases, oppression remedy and other shareholder disputes, commercial negligence, construction litigation and other types of disputes relating to interests in real property. Mr. Scane also acts in broker negligence, general securities litigation and employment law cases, and represents clients in arbitrations and mediations in a variety of disputes.
Mr. Scane represents shareholders, real estate owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, builders, securities brokerages and both public and private corporations in managing their issues and disputes. He also represents employers and senior employees in employment matters.
