Mr. Scioli is a partner in the corporate department of Kutak Rock and a member of the firm's Intellectual Property and Information Technology Group. His practice focuses on Internet and technology law, corporate finance, entertainment and media law issues and general corporate transactions. On the Internet and technology side, he has handled software licensing, web page compliance matters, domain name disputes, Internet and e-commerce agreements and a wide variety of service agreements. In addition, Mr. Scioli has assisted clients with tender offers, private equity transactions, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and governance, stock and asset purchases, shareholders' agreements, buy-sell provisions, complex financial transactions and exit strategies. His clients include the second largest cable company in the United States, radio stations, investment banks, Fortune 500 companies, investors, inventors, artists, entertainers and emerging companies. He serves as pro bono counsel for a number of non-profit corporations that assist children, the elderly and families in crisis. Mr. Scioli earned his bachelor's degree,cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996 and his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2000.
