Anthony Del Giudice is a litigator who concentrates his practice on complex commercial disputes. He represents companies and individuals in a wide array of industries in federal and state court matters and arbitrations. Anthony also has experience counseling on regulatory matters, including Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission investigations. Anthony commits a meaningful portion of his practice to pro bono work, representing veterans of the U.S. armed forces before the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Anthony received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he served on the Fordham Urban Law Journal. He received his B.S., cum laude, from Villanova University where he majored in Finance and Accounting. Anthony is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
