Anthony J. DiOrio is a Shareholder in the White Plains office of Jackson Lewis P.C. and heads the Providence office. With over 26 years of litigation experience, with Jackson Lewis since April, 1998, he continues to concentrate on employment-related litigation from both the firm's White Plains and Providence offices.
He has vast trial experience before state and federal courts as well as various administrative agencies and arbitrations on behalf of management in all employment-related matters, including claims of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, civil rights, breach of contract, restrictive covenant violations, pension fund disputes and other benefits-related litigation. Mr. DiOrio has also handled many labor discharge arbitrations. Mr. DiOrio is a first chair jury trial litigator and handles appeals before the New York and Rhode Island appellate courts.
Mr. DiOrio also counsels employers on various employment law matters and the development and implementation of preventive employment practices.
Mr. DiOrio is a graduate of Boston College (A.B. Philosophy, 1977) and St. John's University Law School (J.D., 1980), and is admitted in the state courts of New York and Rhode Island.
