Professional Experience
A Certified Civil Trial Attorney of the State of New Jersey, Mr. Marchetta practices exclusively in the area of civil trial law, including complex commercial, securities, product liability and negligence litigation, patent, trademark, insurance, and environmental. Mr. Marchetta was a lead trial counsel for W.R. Grace and GAF Corporation in their asbestos litigation and served as national coordinating counsel for a number of major corporations in the area of product liability and negligence litigation. He has also handled numerous class actions and securities litigations.
He is trial counsel in New Jersey for, among others, W.R. Grace, Linde AG and Hunter Douglas. He has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts around the country, as well as handled all appellate work connected with such trials.
