Anthony L. Scialabba has 27 years of experience in employee benefit law. He has extensive experience in all forms of retirement plans, executive compensation, and health and welfare plans. This includes drafting, plan design and government submission. His clients include major corporations, hospitals, universities, manufacturers, charitable organizations and family-owned businesses. He also has significant experience in handling employee benefit matters with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor. Moreover, he handles due diligence on ERISA and retirement plan issues in connection with corporate and M&A transactions. Furthermore, Mr. Scialabba has lectured nationally to many employers and practitioners on employee benefit topics.
Mr. Scialabba was the Managing Shareholder of the law firm of Scialabba & Associates, P.C. in Marlton, New Jersey from 1999 to 2011. He also was a Shareholder of the law firms of Capehart & Scatchard, P.A. from 1993 to 1996 and Katz, Ettin, Levine, Kurzweil, Weber and Scialabba, P.A. from 1996 to 1999. In addition, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Redwood Administrators, Inc., a retirement and executive compensation administration firm, from 1994 to 2010. He was also a Tax Law Specialist with the Internal Revenue Service (National Office), Employee Plans/Exempt Organizations Office, Employee Plans Technical and Actuarial Division.
