Anthony Segura represents individual victims and families affected by tragic events caused by medical malpractice, hazardous products, premises injuries and other incidents of negligence. He is experienced in Federal and State courts within venues across Virginia.
Experience
· Represented plaintiffs in medical malpractice cases involving surgery, labor and delivery, emergency department care, wrongful death, failure to diagnose, nursing care, and nursing home care
· Represented plaintiffs in products liability cases, including recreational vehicles and watercraft
· Represented plaintiffs in federal court throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia including the Western District of Virginia, Roanoke Division and Abingdon Division; and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Virginia
· Represented plaintiffs in state courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia including, Bedford County, Botetourt County, Buchanan County, Charlottesville, Danville, Lynchburg, Martinsville, Montgomery County, Richmond, Roanoke, Roanoke County, Rockbridge County, Russell County, Tazewell, and Wise County
