Tony Sammons is a Partner in the Litigation Department. Tony concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability, complex litigation, insurance coverage, and appellate advocacy. His product liability practice in recent years has involved significant fire and explosion litigation, ranging from consumer products to gas pipeline and mine explosions. Tony also has extensive experience in product liability cases involving industrial machinery, motor and recreational vehicles, and other products. He additionally has significant experience in commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and bad faith litigation. In addition to litigation experience at the trial level, Tony has appellate experience at the federal and state level.
