Tony Mendoza is an associate in Crowell & Moring's Environmental & Natural Resources, Energy, and Government Contracts practice groups. His experience includes client counseling and litigation under the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, CERCLA, and other environmental statutes. He recently concluded a bench trial involving the first of its kind citizen-suit under the Endangered Species Act against a wind power facility.
Tony has experience litigating bid protests and claims at the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, the Government Accountability Office, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Tony received his J.D. from Yale Law School in 2008. He earned his B.A. in History from Yale University in 2003.
