Ariel Vannier represents public and private companies in business matters. Her practice includes representation in connection with mergers and acquisition and assisting companies and investors in raising capital through public or private offerings. Ms. Vannier also advises senior management and Boards of Directors on corporate governance, executive compensation, management of SEC investigations and on-going public company SEC reporting matters.

Ms. Vannier has worked on the $15 million stock for stock merger of a public bank holding company, the $20 million initial public offering of stock of a telecommunications company, the $140 million tender offer/merger of a biotechnology public company, the $440 million merger of a health care company and the $20 million public offering of stock for an underwriter.
