Our attorneys have appeared before arbitral tribunals administered by the World Bank's International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and its International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Geneva Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and various industry-specific organizations.
We also advise governments and private parties in free trade negotiations, offering a wide range of legal services related to global trade in goods and services. We advise on international trade regulation and disputes, litigate disputes before the World Trade Organization, and handle import dispute cases, including antidumping, countervailing duty, and Section 337 intellectual property infringement cases in the US and in other countries.
