| Biography | Dr. Arnoldo André is the managing partner and founder of Lexincorp Costa Rica. He is recognized as one of the leading attorneys in Costa Rica, maintaining strong ties with the European and American communities.
Dr. André currently holds the office of General Consul of Norway in Costa Rica; he serves as President of the Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce and was also appointed Curator of the Supreme Court of Justice.
Law Professor at the University of Costa Rica, 1984-1994, and International Arbitrator (Appointed by the President of Costa Rica) for the Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Costa Rica and the Republic of Chile, 2007.
Legal advisor for the Embassies of Germany, Switzerland, and Austria in Costa Rica, and also the Norwegian Embassy in Nicaragua.
