Asher Friend is a partner in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group and practices from the firm's New Orleans office. His practice is mainly transactional, concentrating on the areas of securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law. Mr. Friend represents clients at each stage of the growth cycle, from start-up, privately owned companies to mature publicly-traded companies. He has extensive experience in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, M&A transactions, as well as assisting clients with a myriad of corporate governance and related disclosure matters (including assisting with the preparation, review and filing of Forms 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements, and press releases).
