Ashley A. Federer is an associate in the Trial Practice Group and concentrates her practice on financial services and creditors' rights. Ms. Federer regularly represents commercial lending and leasing clients in commercial loan workouts, loan restructurings, forbearance and enforcement actions.
Ms. Federer represents secured and unsecured creditors in a variety of bankruptcy and collection matters, including mortgage foreclosures, confession of judgment proceedings, fraudulent transfer actions and breach of contract actions. She has extensive experience liquidating and recovering collateral assets.
Ms. Federer routinely represents financial institutions and various other non-bank lenders in all aspects of commercial lending, including real estate acquisition, development and construction financing, asset-based financing, second-lien financing and general secured financing.
Ms. Federer is a 2005 graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School and a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Scranton.
