· Foster Homes, LLC v. TruckPro, Inc., et. al -Successfully argued Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction; resulted in Judgment of Dismissal for out of state client.
· Assisted the Trial Team in the following cases:
- Rosenberg v. Merck - First Fosamax case to go to trial in New Jersey coordinated mass tort litigation; resulted in defense verdict.
- Maya v. Johnson & Johnson, et al. -Eleven -week trial in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia.
