Mr. Mirza's primary focus is on community association litigation issues. Mr. Mirza handles cases involving enforcement of Association covenants, developer disputes, contractor disputes, boundary disputes, foreclosures, landlord tenant disputes, breach of contract, and breach of association reserve account provisions. He is a graduate of Villanova University with an LL.M. in Tax Law, a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelors of Accounting from Florida International University. He is a member of the Florida and Washington D.C. Bars, a member of the U.S. Tax Court, admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida, Southern District of Florida, a Member of the Broward County and Miami-Dade County Bar Associations, and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Mirza previously worked as a Certified Public Accountant in the area of mergers and acquisitions for FPL Group, Qualtec, Inc., Leblanc & Royal Enterprises, Inc., and brings with him an extensive background and knowledge in analyzing financial statements and negotiating transactions.
