Steven D. Penrose is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law as certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, and has extensive experience assisting clients with estate planning and probate litigation. In addition, Mr. Penrose has a particular wealth of experience in guiding families and entities through business succession planning when one or more family member owners wishes to sell or retire from the family business.
