Audrey St-Pierre practises corporate law, with particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, financings and corporate reorganizations. She has participated in private placements, acting both for companies established in the Québec region and for investors. Ms. St-Pierre also participates in drafting commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and employee incentive plans and has considerable experience as secretary to the boards of directors of a number of corporations.

· Acquisition by PANalytical Inc., a subsidiary of Spectris plc, of the assets of Système Analytique inc. and Contrôle Analytique inc.
· Sale by Cybectec Inc. of its assets to Cooper Industries (Electrical) inc.
· Sale of all of the issued and outstanding shares of the share capital of Copernic Technologies Inc. to Mamma.com Inc.
