Founded in January 1995 by Gilles August & Olivier Debouzy, August & Debouzy is one of the leading full service law firms in France, organized into five practice groups: corporate law, Tax, intellectual property, commercial law and new technologies, labour law and public antitrust and regulatory law (including product liability litigation). The firm includes 100 attorneys and offers a full range of legal services to companies operating both within and outside France, in transactional matters as well as in dispute resolution. The firm's major clients are French and international companies. August & Debouzy has established in 2003 a correspondent relationship with Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, the biggest litigation-only firm in the US (300 lawyers with offices in Los Angeles and New York) and the British firm Nabarro Nathanson (800 Lawyers, with offices in London, Brussels).
