Founded in 1998, the two principal attorneys, Angela Ferguson and James Austin, have over 30 years of combined Immigration Law experience and are extremely well-qualified to handle even the most complex immigration issues.
Both have served on National Liaison Committees on behalf of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Aside from their private practices, Ms. Ferguson is a former Adjunct Professor in Immigration Law at Washburn University Law School and a frequent speaker at public meetings and government hearings promoting improvements in America's immigration laws. Mr. Austin has taught immigration law for over ten years as an Adjunct Professor for Immigration Law at the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law, and is a regular speaker at educational conferences, promoting the training and education of immigration attorneys across the United States.
