Awanatu focuses her practice on toxic torts, products liability and medical malpractice litigation. She also has experience in matters involving breach of contract, insurance defense, general tort and real estate litigation with an active trial practice in state and federal courts throughout the country.
Awanatu is involved in all aspects of litigation from initial filing through disposition. She has extensive experience handling all levels of fact discovery as well as motion practice.
