Ayman Daher is an associate in Davis LLP's Montréal office. He specializes in the areas of commercial and corporate litigation, insolvency and restructuring as well as in matters of shareholder disputes. As part of his practice, Mr. Daher has acquired a thorough understanding of the criteria determining directors' liabilities, specifically in the context of insolvent corporations. His experience in insolvency and surety matters has also allowed Mr. Daher to work on several asset based financing transactions.
Mr. Daher joined Davis LLP in February 2010.
