Franklin B. "Frank" Martin is a member in the firm's New Orleans office. He has served as lead counsel in numerous complex commercial cases involving a variety of issues, ranging from directors and officers liability and insurance to shareholder's rights, ERISA, dealer and distributor termination, lender liability, debtor/creditor disputes and intercreditor disputes. He has represented debtors, creditors and committees in every aspect of the bankruptcy process. He has also acted as lead counsel in negotiating resolutions of complex commercial disputes in a broad range of transactions. Frank has spoken extensively on debtor/creditor issues.
