| Biography | B.J. is a shareholder of the Davis Brown Law Firm in the Business Division. He practices in the areas of business organizations and transactions and real estate transactions. B.J. is experienced in all areas of real estate and has represented buyers and sellers, real estate developers and lenders. While the majority of his work involves mid-level commercial transactions, including building permit approval and acquiring property, he also does residential real estate work, such as reviewing titles and purchase agreements. he also has experience in the hospitality industry, in particular buying and selling hotel properties. In the area of construction law, B.J. has handled issues related to mechanic lien laws. He has also drafted construction contracts. His general corporate work focuses on the formation of business entities of all types and sizes.
