Established in 1986, Badell & Grau is a medium-sized highly specialized firm in Constitutional, Administrative and Public Law, which provides a wide range of services to satisfy multiple requirements, including administrative procedures, due diligence procedures, regulatory compliance examinations, legislative and regulatory counseling, class actions, negotiations and litigation. The Firm has rendered counseling services for important local and international firms, as well as government agencies and state-owned corporations. The Firm also represents clients before administrative agencies and courts in judicial and adjudication procedures, encompassing each of the areas of practice. Members of the staff are highly specialized and have been actively involved as co-drafters and advisors to congressional committees in the drafting of important laws, served as advisors to government offices and agencies and held important judiciary positions. In addition, most of them have, teaching posts in important universities in Venezuela and have participated as guest speakers and lecturers before local and international audiences.
