Bainbridge, Mims, Rogers & Smith is a business and litigation firm originally founded in 1942 by Frank Bainbridge (1895-1980) and Walter L. Mims (1910-1993). The Firm represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout Alabama. The Firm's attorneys have substantial experience handling complex and multi-party actions, including shareholder derivative, commercial, partnership, environmental, toxic tort, insurance and class actions. Bainbridge Mims attorneys are involved in state and local Bar Association activities, as well as civic and charitable organizations. Since the Firm's founding, four partners have served as President of the Birmingham Bar Association.
