Baker Cronig & Keenan, LLP is the successor firm to Elizabeth S. Baker, P.A. and Steven Carlyle Cronig & Associates, P.A., both founded in 1998. Mrs. Baker and Mr. Cronig previously had been partners in the law firm Bailey Harper Cronig Baker Arencibia & Agudo located in downtown Miami. Ms. Baker has been board-certified by the Florida Bar in Marital and Family law since 1986. Ms. Baker's practice principally is devoted to family law practice. Mr. Cronig has been board-certified by the Florida Bar in Real Estate law since 1990. Mr. Cronig's practice principally is devoted to representation of lenders and real estate development clients. Ms. Baker and Mr. Cronig both carry the highest legal ability rating in Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Keenan joined the firm in 2005. He became a partner in 2007. His practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate development and lender representation.
