Practice Group Overview

Baker & Daniels' Real Estate Team is one of the largest in the State of Indiana. Our diverse group of clients includes banks, insurance companies, pension funds, and other financial institutions; local, regional and national commercial and residential developers; state and local governments and their agencies; contractors, builders and architects; charitable, civic and fraternal organizations; and individual investors, buyers and sellers of all types of properties.

Our Team's size together with the broad range of skills and depth of experience of the Team's partners allows us to assist clients across the entire range of real estate practice, including:

• Acquiring and developing land;
• Structuring and documenting construction and permanent financing;
• Purchase, sale and sale-leaseback agreements;
