Practice Group Overview

With over 50 members currently practicing throughout our offices, Baker & Daniels' Labor and Employment Law Team is the largest in Indiana, and among the largest nationwide. Representing employers in both the private and public sector, we handle the entire range of labor and employment law matters facing industry, business, construction, health care and educational institutions, as well as state and local governments. Team members work with clients of all sizes across the U.S.

Recognized for our expertise and experience, lawyers on our Team are regularly called upon to speak to employers and other attorneys at programs sponsored by chambers of commerce, manufacturers associations, health care associations, private seminar groups, and national and state bar associations. This includes annual participation as both planners and presenters at the 2-day traditional labor law seminar sponsored by NLRB Region 25. In addition, every October we present the "Employers' Forum" for our clients and friends. The Team also authors the "Indiana Employment Law Handbook" for the Indiana State Chamber of Commerce.
