The eBusiness Group works extensively with clients to develop business models and fashion agreements which walk the desired line between ease of use and protection against liability. We advise clients with respect to the differing levels of protection attendant to shrink-wrap agreements, click-wrap agreements and electronic/digital signatures, while assisting in the negotiation and drafting of commerce application agreements.
