Construction and project development feature heavily within the firm's repertoire of unique expertise. Recent examples of the firm's work include major real estate and tourism development project estimated at $1 billion; acquisitions of target companies in the construction and industry sectors; and negotiation-of long term gas sale agreements for industrial use.
In addition, the firm has a strong emphasis on dispute resolution. It provided legal advice and assistance in relation to several multi-million dollar disputes before Jordanian courts and various local and international arbitral tribunals, including ICC and ICSID arbitration.
As the firm's client base grew, so did its contribution in the community, providing pro bono services especially for public service complaints, NGO related matters, and to those in need.
